Atenti records your meetings and turns them into clean summaries, decisions, and action items — automatically. No bot joins your call. It runs on your Mac. You buy it once.
macOS 14+ · Apple Silicon · English & Español · One-time purchase, no subscription
Three steps. You're in control of every one.
Atenti watches your calendar and your apps. When a meeting's about to start, it quietly offers to record — your call, every time.
Capture happens on your Mac, like QuickTime. Nobody on the call sees an extra attendee.
A clear summary, the decisions, action items with owners, open questions, and next steps — then ask it anything about the meeting.
No bot joins your call. Recording happens on your Mac. Choose a fully-local mode and your audio never leaves the device — or use your own OpenAI/Anthropic key, with no Atenti server in between. We never receive your recordings.
A focused tool that does the meeting busywork for you.
Not a wall of transcript — a summary, decisions, action items with assignees, open questions, and next steps.
Ask questions in plain language and get answers grounded in what was said.
The whole app is localized in English and Spanish, and your notes come back in the language you actually spoke.
Calendar events, meeting apps launching, meeting tabs in your browser — Atenti spots them and offers to record.
Send your notes to TXT, Markdown, RTF, or DOCX — notes only, with the transcript, or everything.
Native Swift and SwiftUI. Light, fast, follows your system language and dark mode. Auto-updates built in.
No. Atenti records on your Mac using the operating system's own screen-and-audio capture. Nobody on the call sees an extra participant.
It can be fully private. In local mode, transcription runs on your Mac and nothing leaves the device. In cloud mode, Atenti uses your own OpenAI or Anthropic key — your data goes straight to those providers under your account, with no Atenti server in the middle.
For cloud transcription and AI notes you supply your own key and pay those providers directly for what you use — typically a few cents to a few tens of cents per meeting. Prefer to pay nothing? Use local mode.
Yes — one purchase, $39. All v1 updates are free. A future major version may be a paid upgrade; we'll always tell you first.
macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later, on an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or newer). You'll grant Screen Recording permission on first launch.
Not yet — today Atenti is a direct download: a notarized, Apple-verified app you install yourself.
